This coffee creamer tastes like birthday cake, obvi. I made it to sort-of mimic my fav creamers that are not available in Canada. The only creamers kinda close here in Canada have added thickeners (nothing against thickeners tho, the texture just throws me). The taste is subtle, buttery, and nostalgic without being overly sweet.

I found the cake batter flavor & butter flavor on amazon. They aren’t very expensive, and make several batches of this + they have a long shelf life.

Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Simmer on medium low for about 5 minutes
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in butter flavor, cake batter flavor, and natural pink dye.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Mix milk and cream in a jar. Add 1/3–1/2 cup birthday cake syrup (to taste) and stir.
  6. Shake before using.
Storage Instructions:

Store in a sealed glass jar or bottle in the fridge. Shake before each use — flavor can settle slightly over time. Use within 7 days.

Drink Inspo:
  • Drink One: espresso / steamed milk / pink birthday cake creamer / sprinkles
  • Drink Two: cold brew /  pink birthday cake creamer / whipped cream / sprinkles
  • Drink Three: black tea (like Ceylon) / birthday cake creamer / ice
