My creamy balsamic dressing is just the right mix of tangy, savory, and smooth. It’s the kind of dressing that makes you want to actually eat your greens... and maybe lick the bowl a little. We won’t judge.
Instructions:
-
In a bowl or jar, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and garlic.
-
Add mayo and whisk until smooth and creamy. (I like to use my lil drink frother thing)
-
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until fully emulsified.
-
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Taste and adjust — more maple for sweetness, more mustard for zing, more mayo for creaminess.
Storage Tips:
-
Store in a sealed jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
-
Shake well before each use — natural separation is normal.
-
If it thickens too much when cold, let it sit at room temp for a few minutes or stir in a splash of warm water.
